At Jensen Chiropractic Sports Center, we believe everyone should have access to great chiropractic care regardless of budget. We work with most major insurance programs. All you have to do is fill out the necessary forms, and we will do the rest. We call your insurance company and ask all the right questions. Just bring the completed forms with you on your first office visit or give us a call with all of the pertinent information, and we’ll inquire from your insurance in advance. Once the information is gathered, our friendly staff will explain your benefits and coverage.
